COMART RETURNS AND REFUND CONDITIONS
At Comart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Returns for products purchased are subject to the following conditions:
1. Return Period You can return the product you purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions The product to be returned must:
Unused
Undamaged
To be shipped in its original packaging.
It must be complete with all accessories.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
3. Damaged or Defective Products: In case of damage or manufacturing defects upon delivery, you must contact us as soon as possible. In this case, all shipping and return costs will be covered by Comart.
4. Return Process After you create your return request, the product will be inspected upon receipt. Once the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to the method you used for payment within 7 business days .
5. Shipping Fee
In case of returns without a reason, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Comart covers the shipping costs for faulty or defective products.
